Thanks for sharing this journey with us. Beautifully said. I, along with many other I know, continue to work on this issue. We all move at different speeds (on different days and in different years). One of my ways to surrender resistance is to know that I can't push the river, what comes in its own time and place shows itself when I am ready to receive it. Trusting the process allows me to move forward one step at a time.

I love that Willowbei πŸ’š Trusting the process in itself is an act of surrendering resistance. Thank you for the work you do πŸ™ It is a collaborative effort.

Connie, I am truly honored to have walked beside you this past year, and I look forward to watching our paths unfold together, into the future. Thank you so much for naming me here as one of your helpers. πŸ’œ

I will take this opportunity to say YOUR perception of my work, how it has helped you first in grouo sessions and now in 1:1, has been one of the loud voices of encouragement to be offering it more publicly and consistently in the world. Thank you SO MUCH for who you have been for me so far. πŸ’œ

My pleasure Kyle! Another manifestation that has happened since my session with you is I have lost 4 lbs. My youngest is 13 and I've carried about 15-20 lbs of baby fat around since he was born. I didn't have the willpower to not emotionally eat. I have a deepened mindfulness practice now that is giving me the stamina to stop grazing like a cow out to pasture. My clothes are fitting nicer. I have energy, even on nights we're playing in local theater. It's an unfolding I didn't anticipate from a session about worth and value. You are a powerful healer Kyle. Thank you for following your gift πŸ’š This world needs it.

Coming to this point after years of resistance is massive Connie! Congratulations πŸŽ‰.

Though the normal escape route have withered over time...I still can't sit in silence or stillness... especially with my neuro divergence. But I do wanna practice it someday. You truly inspired me with your piece! Thank you!

I am so glad this sparked something with you Shruthi. I love connecting with you. I totally get the "sitting in stillness" challenge. With 2 kids in the house, there's not a lot of silent or still time. Lol! I think those carpool commutes saved me. At least they gave me a jump start so I could carry this practice into the noise next.
